gfirst_logoGFirst LEP is one of 39 Local Enterprise Partnerships in the country that was set up by central Government in 2011, to work with local businesses, local voluntary organisations and local authorities. The role of GFirst LEP is to drive sustainable economic growth within the county, create jobs and business opportunities, and achieve priorities set out in our Strategic Economic Plan; all to grow the economy of Gloucestershire.

At the beginning of 2015 GFirst LEP secured a total of £77.5 million in the Gloucestershire Growth Deal, this funding is being invested into key projects in the county, in order to create and safeguard jobs, build homes and generate up to £220 million in public and private investment in Gloucestershire.
